This black Carolina Herrera ruffled sequin gown is crafted in the United States with glistening embellishments atop a silk backdrop. It features a concealed zip fastening, thin shoulder straps that turn to a Y-shape at the open back, a V-neck, and sheer waterfall details to the long flared hem and train.
