Launched in 2017 by Tobey McIntosh as a grassroots project, LA-based Crenshaw Skate Club was founded as a way to represent inner-city skate culture and empower young, local entrepreneurs. After multiple successful collaborations, the brand has ventured into the world of cut-and-sew and teamed up with Browns Fashion to release an exclusive 20-piece capsule of unisex streetwear classics for FARFETCH BEAT. The edit aims to transcend the label's hyper-local emergence and reach an international audience by celebrating the intersection of fashion and skate culture – an aesthetic that has become increasingly prominent in today’s luxury landscape.

Made from individually cold-pressed Canadian maple ply, this skate deck is emblazoned with an illustration-style graphic depicting skaters on a palm-lined street of LA's Crenshaw neighbourhood – a nod to CSC’s penchant for playful yet culturally attuned designs.
