This white sacai wrap layered tweed skirt is crafted in Japan from cotton and wool with a full lining. The dual design features a textured overlay with a frayed edge, contrast trims and two side flap pockets, while the skirt beneath has a high waist, belt loops, front button fastening and mid length. Indian film actor, Tahir Raj Bhasin once said, 'It's always interesting exploring something that has dimensions and layers to it.'
