This black 777 vintage Cartier Santos diamond watch features the same defining characteristics as the iconic 1904 original. It's shaped to a square dial with Roman numerals, encrusted diamonds, and screws in the bezel. This model features an interchangeable strap that lets you swap out the bracelet strap for a leather one. As Andy Warhol once said, 'I don't wear a Cartier watch to tell the time.
